摘要：通过分析木制品加工设备无法实现信息互联互通的原因,发现完整、有效的共享标准是解决此问题的关键,由此提出共享标准的基本原则和要求。基于开放平台通信统一架构(Open Platform Communications unified architecture,OPC UA)标准,建立木制品加工设备及生产线信息模型在OPC UA地址空间中的映射规则,并对信息模型的实例化和实现方法进行探讨,验证OPC UA标准在木制品加工设备信息互联互通中的实用性和有效性。
Based on the analysis of less information interconnection and intercommunication among woodworking machines,it is the key to developing complete and effective sharing standards to solve the problem.The basic principles and requirements of the sharing standards are put forward.Then combined with the Open Platform Communications unified architecture(OPC UA)standard,the mapping rules of the information model of woodworking machines and production line in the OPC UA address space are established.The instantiation and implementation method of the information model are discussed.The practicability and effectiveness of OPC UA standards in information interconnection and intercommunication of woodworking equipment are verified.
