摘要：木材资源短缺已成为制约我国木材工业进一步发展的瓶颈。以提高木材利用率为目标,按照减量化、再利用、资源化原则,以尽可能少的资源消耗取得最大的经济产出,是从根本上缓解木材资源短缺的重要途径。同时提出了开展木材资源节约与回收利用工作的技术措施和政策建议。
The supply shortage of the wood resources has become the bottleneck for the further development of the national wood industry. The fundamentally inportant way to solve this problem is to set and pursue a maxinmn utilization rate orientated goal, namely, to follow the three-Rprinciple of resources recycling in production, and try to gain the greatest output with the least resources consumption. Technical methods and policy suggestions for economizing and recycling wood are also indicated.
