摘要：我国西南岩溶区土地石漠化问题严重,国家对此高度重视,2008年在该地区启动了以植被恢复重建为主的岩溶石漠化综合治理工程,7年来治理工程取得初步成效。综合分析了已有的植被恢复技术和恢复模式,并指出存在的一些问题:缺乏治理水土地下流失的配套工程措施,非石漠化土地和潜在石漠化土地没有纳入植被恢复重建工程范围,后期管护能力不足,群众积极性不高等。针对存在的问题,建议按照不同石漠化程度设计植被恢复重建措施和模式,注重石漠化区植被恢复与水土流失的关系研究,提高当地群众参与的积极性。
The issue of rocky desertification of southwest China karst region is serious and the central government has paid great attention to it. In2008,it kicked off the integrated control project of karst rocky desertification by taking vegetation rehabilitation as the main of the area and it has achieved preliminary success through 7-year's control. The paper comprehensively analyzed the existing techniques and modes of vegetation rehabilitation and pointed out the following existed problems,such as lacking supporting engineering measures for underground soil and water loss treatment,the areas of non-rocky desertification and potential rocky desertification were not put into the scope of vegetation rehabilitation,the capability of later stage management and protection was insufficient and the enthusiasm of the masses was not high. Aiming at the existing problems,it suggests designing the measures and modes of vegetation rehabilitation according to the different degrees of rocky desertification,laying stress on the study of the relationship between vegetation rehabilitation and soil and water loss of rocky desertification region and increasing the participation enthusiasm of the local people.
