摘要:综述了耐盐植物的光合作用、叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数、有机渗透调节剂、矿质元素、膜透性、丙二醛、抗氧化酶、抗氧化剂和脱落酸等生理生化指标研究进展。同时,总结了利用各种指标进行耐盐植物筛选的3种方法:直接法、生理生化指标法和混合法,并在此基础上阐述了建立耐盐性评价体系统一标准的意义。
Advances in the researches of physiological and biochemical indices of salt tolerance were review,such as photosynthesis,chlorophyll content,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,organic osmotica,mineral element,membrane permeability,MDA content,antioxidant enzymes,antioxidants and ABA and so on.Three methods using such indices to scan salt-tolerant plants were summarized: direct method,the physiological biochemistry index method,and the integrated method.The significance of standardizing the system in the assessment of salt-tolerant plants was discussed.
