摘要:应用扫描电镜对枯叶蛱蝶成虫触角及其感器外部形态进行观察和研究,结果表明:枯叶蛱蝶触角为棒状,其上共有5类感器,即Bhm氏鬃毛、鳞形感器、毛形感器(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)、腔锥形感器和刺形感器,并对各类型感器的分布和数量进行了描述。雌雄虫触角感器形态相同,在感器数量与分布上,只在鳞形感器、毛形感器(Ⅱ)的数量以及腔锥形感器分布上略有差异,其他感器类型的数量和分布都没有明显差异。在感器总数上,雄虫多于雌虫,但雌雄触角性二型现象依然不明显。对其触角的研究是探索其嗅觉识别机制的前提。
The external morphology of antennae and sensilla of Kallima inachus (Doubleday) were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the antennae were club-shaped, and there were five types of sensillum on antennae: B^hm bristles, sensilla squamiformia, sensilla trichodea ( Ⅰ,Ⅱ ), sensilla coeloconica and sensilla chaetica. The sensilla numbers and their distribution were also examined in detail. The morphology of all sensilla types of males and females was the same. Although slight differences were recorded between the male and the female in the number of sensilla squamiformia, sensilla trichodea Ⅱ and the distribution of the sensilla coeloconica, no significant differences were observed in number and distribution in the other sensillum types. In the total number of sensilla, male is more than female; however, there were still no obviously sex dimorphisms.
