摘要：随着生态环境保护措施的深入实施,天然林商业性采伐基本停止,目前林下经济产业在乡村振兴中发挥着重要作用,而林下食用菌产业因其投入少、周期短、风险小、单位面积收益高、市场需求量大深受林农推崇。江西省森林资源丰富,林下食用菌栽培历史较悠久,现已取得了一定的经验和成效。本文分析了江西省林下食用菌产业的发展现状,通过SWOT分析方法,对全省发展林下食用菌市场和林下食用菌产业可行性进行分析,阐明发展林下食用菌是林农增收和脱贫致富的一种重要有效途径,同时推荐了目前在江西省发展前景较好的几种林下食用菌,并就产业发展过程中存在的问题给出相应政策建议。
With the in-depth implementation of eco-environmental protection measures,commercial logging of natural forests has basically been stopped.At present,the under-forest economic industry plays an important role in rural revitalization.The understory edible fungi(UEF)industry has a characteristic of low investment,short cycle,small risk,high profits per unit area,and large market demand,which are highly respected by forest farmers in rural regions.The article clarified that the development of UEF was an important and effective pathway for the poor population in rural areas to increase the income,by means of the SWOT analysis of the development of UEF,the market analysis of UEF and the feasibility analysis of UEF industry.Finally,the paper recommended several main UEF products and raised related policy recommendations for the healthy and sustainable development of UEF industry.
