摘要:用动态 D S C方法研究了叔胺( D M B A)催化的丙烯酸树脂/环氧树脂交联反应,并用3 种方法对实验结果进行了动力学分析。结果表明,在不同的升温速度及催化剂浓度下,交联反应活化能均在90 k J/m ol左右,反应级数n及阿累尼乌斯频率因子ln A 也分别在1.2~1.4 以及 20~22 之间。实验结果还显示了升温速度及催化剂浓度的改变对活化能和阿累尼乌斯频率因子基本无影响,而反应级数却随升温速度及催化剂浓度的增加而轻微下降。
The cure kinetics of acrylic resin/epoxy resin system catalyzed with DMBA was studied using dynamic DSC, and the results were subjected to extensive data analysis. The experiments indicate that the activation energy is about 90 kJ/mol, and the reaction order and natural log of the frequency factor between 1.2~1.3 and 20~22 s -1 , respectively. It is also demonstrated that the heating rate and concentration of catalyst have no noticeable effect on the activation energy and the frequency factor, but the reaction order decreases slightly with the increase of the heating rate and concentration of catalyst.
