摘要:Beating sequence was evaluated and cellulase (Novozym476) and mixed enzymes (Enzyme-51064) were used to improve hardwood chemi-mechanical pulp properties in this study. The major factors, such as beatability, paper properties (brightness, break length, tear index, burst index and bulk) and CaCO3 retention were investigated referring to the comparison of pulp with these enzymes treatment and non-treatment one. The results show that the optimal beating degree is 41 degrees SR when PFI revolution is 30000, under this condition, the brightness and physical properties are better. The beating degree of samples treated by cellulase N476 and mixed enzyme 51064 get increased compared with control one, 51064 has the best result, 17.5% higher than the control one, and the physical properties also get improved. But the physical properties get different tendency with cellulase N476 treatment, the break length gets improved but the tear index and burst index get declined with enzyme treatment. What's more, both of the two enzymes can improve CaCO3 retention obviously and can improve the drainability at the same time.
