摘要:采用异氰酸酯胶和试验室自配FRA型阻燃剂,制备密度0.40g/cm3的阻燃轻质纤维板,考察施胶量、热压温度、热压时间和阻燃剂用量等工艺因子对板材理化性能的影响。结果表明,FRA型阻燃剂能显著提高板材的阻燃性能;按优化工艺制备的试板,吸水厚度膨胀率、静曲强度均达到LY/T 1718-2007《轻质纤维板》中功能型产品的要求,氧指数达到GB 8624-2012《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》中平板状建筑材料B1难燃等级。
An isocyanate resin and an FRA retardant developed by the authors were used to manufacture fire-retardant low density fiberboards at 0.40 g/cm^3. Four technological factors, including resin consumption, hot-pressing temperature, pressing time and fire-retardant consumption were investigated and the performance of the fiberboards was evaluated. The results showed that the FRA retardant consumption could improve the fire-proof property of the fiberboards. The performance of the fiberboards made under optimal conditions could meet the specifications of industrial standard LY/T 1718-2007 for low density fiberboard.
