摘要:借助扫描电子显微镜对漆酶处理的思茅松(Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis)管胞及以其为原料压制成的纤维板表面和强度测试后的破坏表面进行了观察,并与失活后酶液处理的对照试样进行对比分析,揭示了酶处理可完全或部分移去管胞表面存在的木质素结壳状物质。漆酶处理后管胞压制成的纤维板表面比对照板材平滑,管胞间结合更紧密,其板材破坏表面起毛,比较粗糙,有被拉出和拉断的管胞束;而对照板材被破坏表面相对比较光滑,被拉出或拉断的管胞较少,说明酶活化后管胞间具有较强的胶合力。
The objective of this study is to explore the effects of laccase treatment on the microstructure of tracheids from Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis wood and the internal bonding strength (IB) of fiberboards made from those tracheids treated with laccase. The microstructure of tracheids, the surface of fiberboard, and broken fiberboard after IB testing were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. The results showed that the encrnsting substances of lignin on the tracheids surface were removed completely or partly by laccase treatment. Furthermore, the surface of fiberboard made form treated tracheids was smoother and the bond between tracheids inside the fiberboard was tighter than untreated fiberboard. As compared with the control fiberboard, the broken surface of the treated fiberboard was rougher and more tracheids bundles were pulled or broken than the untreated fiberboard. It is suggested that the gluing capacity of tracheids could be improved after the treatment with laccase.
