摘要:为探讨凋落物输入对湿地土壤有机碳矿化的影响,以衡水湖地区典型芦苇沼泽湿地土壤为研究对象,采用室内培养实验(20℃,28 d),研究了在芦苇凋落物6种输入水平(0.00、0.25、0.50、0.75、1.00、1.25mg/g)以及淹水和非淹水条件下的土壤有机碳矿化速率。结果表明:衡水湖湿地土壤有机碳矿化速率在芦苇凋落物不同输入水平间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。培养28 d后,累积土壤有机碳矿化量与凋落物输入量存在显著正相关关系(r^2=0.89),在1.25mg/g凋落物输入水平下累积土壤有机碳矿化量比无凋落物输入处理增高35.1%。凋落物添加与淹水处理对土壤有机碳矿化的交互作用不显著,在淹水与非淹水条件下芦苇凋落物添加促进了湿地土壤有机碳矿化过程。
Wetlands play an important role in global carbon cycling,because they only cover a small proportion of the earth’s land surface but contain a large proportion of the world’s soil carbon.Such disproportionate soil carbon storage in wetlands is generally contributed by the anoxic wet conditions which impeding decomposition of organic matter.Accumulation of soil organic carbon pool ultimately depends on the imbalance between fresh organic carbon inputs and old organic carbon mineralization.It has been widely proved that litter,the most important source for soil organic carbon,could prime soil organic carbon mineralization in forests,grasslands and croplands,but has not been well tested in wetlands.We conducted an incubation experiment to investigate wetland soil organic carbon mineralization under a gradient(0.00,0.25,0.50,0.75,1.00 and 1.25 mg/g)of Phragmites australis litter inputs,and in anoxic or aerobic conditions.Our results showed that significant differences existed in soil carbon mineralization rates under different litter inputs levels.After 28 d of incubation,accumulated carbon mineralization of soil amended with litter was substantially higher than that of soil only.There was a positive linear relationship between accumulated soil carbon mineralization and the amount of litter inputs with Pearson correlation coefficient r^2=0.89.Soil carbon mineralization rates of soil under flooding which leading to anoxic looding condition were significantly higher than that in soil in aerobic condition.The interactive effects of litter inputs and flooding on soil carbon mineralization rates were insignificant.Our study provided evidence that litter inputs could accelerate wetland soil carbon mineralization in both anoxic and aerobic conditions.
