摘要：以我国人工林珍贵材柚木高效利用为目的,研究了人工林柚木薄木饰面木质复合门的制备方法,介绍了人工林柚木薄木及其装饰面板制备、以定向刨花板为基材的门芯板制备等,并对样品性能进行测试。结果表明,人工林柚木薄木饰面板、门芯板及木质复合门样品均满足国家标准要求,为人工林柚木增值加工利用提供了技术参考。
For the purpose of efficient utilization of precious Tectona Grandis in China's plantation,the preparation method of Tectona Grandis veneer decorated wood composite door was studied.The preparation processes of wood veneer and its decorative panel,and door core board based on oriented particleboard were introduced.The properties of samples were tested.The results showed that the samples of Tectona Grandis veneer decorative panel,door core board and composite door,met the requirements of national standards.It provided technical support for the value-added processing and utilization of Tectona Grandis in the plantation.
