摘要：森林康养是利用优质森林环境促进人体身心健康的一种活动方式,对于提升公众健康水平和预防生活习惯病具有重要的实践意义。森林康养理念一经提出便得到了全社会的广泛认可,森林康养产业也得到迅速发展,这在很大程度上得益于中国优秀传统文化的历史积淀。文中从传统生态哲学思想、传统中医药文化和古典园林造园理论3个方面梳理中国森林康养的思想渊源,并重点分析其表现特征,最后从厚植发展基础、增强内生动力和提升服务软实力3个方面提出森林康养的发展建议,以期为森林康养的理论和实践创新提供借鉴与参考。
Forest therapy is the activity to promote human physical and mental health by using high-quality forest environment,which is of important practical significance for improving public health and preventing life style related diseases.Forest therapy has been widely recognized in China once its concept was proposed,and the forest therapy industry has also developed rapidly.This is largely owing to the historical accumulation of fine traditional Chinese culture.This study reviews the ideological origin of forest therapy in China from the three aspects of traditional ecological philosophy,traditional Chinese medicine culture and traditional healthcare concept,and analyzes its performance characteristics.At the end,the study comes up with policy recommendations in terms of development foundation consolidation,enhancement the endogenous impetus and improvement of soft power,which is expected to provide references for theoretical and practical innovation of forest therapy.
