摘要:参照LY/T2054-2012《锯材机械加工性能评价方法》,并结合目前实际加工设备与技术水平,对进口桃花心木和辐射松木材分别进行刨削、车削、砂削、铣削、钻削和开榫等6项机械加工性能的评价。结果表明:桃花心木和辐射松木在刨削、车削、砂削、铣削和榫眼5项机械加工性能均为优等级,钻|削加工质量等级分别为良和中等级;两者均是优良的实木木制品用材,桃花心木的机械加工性能优于辐射松木材。
Experiments were conducted on evaluating machining performance(including planning,turning,sanding,shaping,drilling,and mortising)of imported Mahogany and Radiate pine wood from plantation forests according to LY/T 2054-2012 "Methods for evaluating machining properties of lumber".The results showed as follows:most of the machining performance of Mahogany and Radiate Pine wood samples were in excellent grade except drilling property,which was in fair and middle grade,respectively.The machining performance of Mahogany wood was generally better than that of Radiate pine wood.Both Mahogany and Radiate pine wood were excellent for making furniture and other solid wood products.
