摘要:对采自广东省电白县的土沉香分创伤组和结香组进行真菌分离培养,通过rDNA中内转录间隔区(ITS)序列鉴定其为10个种。从创伤组来看,创伤短期之内,其真菌种类出现了增多的现象,这一阶段是始结香的前期,大量的致病菌的侵染可能导致结香的发生,创伤结香过程与致病菌有着必然联系。从结香组来看,未结香、始结香和已结香部分的真菌种类则依次减少,始结香部分和已结香部分的的真菌多数相同,包括多变根毛霉Rhizomucor variabilis、再育镰刀菌Fusarium proliferatum和哈茨木霉Hypocrea lixii,这些真菌能促进沉香的形成。
The fungi were isolated from two groups of samples ofAquilaria sinensis at Dianbai, Guangdong province, including the trauma group and agarwood group. Ten fungi species were identified by DNA sequence of ITS regions. It was found that the pathogenic fungi species increased quickly in the short time after the trunk hurted. It was shown that the pathogenic fungi were correlative with agar formation, in another word, the pathogenic fungal infection would induce agar formation after the trunk hurted. Moreover, the fungi species were analyzed based on agarwood group, which was divided into three parts including no-agar wood, little-agar wood and agar wood, it was found that the pathogenic fungi species number was the maximum in the no-agar wood part, and the pathogenic fungi species numbers were fewer in the little-agar wood and agar wood. Most of fungi in the little-agar wood part and agar wood part were the same. The fungi and Rhizomucor variabilis, Fusarium proliferatum, and Hypocrea lixii played an important role in agar formation.
