摘要:以1年生壳菜果苗木为试验材料,采用随机区组试验设计,分别设置5种不同容器(S1、S2分别表示容积265、452 cm^(3)的黑色塑料袋,W1、W2分别表示容积265、452 cm^(3)的白色无纺布袋,X1表示容积575 cm^(3)的黑色穴盘)分析不同容器对壳菜果容器苗生长的影响,同时结合育苗生产成本和经济效益分析,确定适宜壳菜果生长的容器组合,为壳菜果壮苗培育容器选择提供理论支持。结果表明:在苗高、地径、高径比、生物量等方面,S2处理的数值最大,与S1、W1和X1各处理差异显著(P<0.05),并且S2处理的苗木质量指数最大(0.93);在根系指标上,S2处理的苗木根长、根表面积和根体积值最大,分别为3468.39 cm、578.53 cm^(2)、15.75 cm^(3),并且S2处理的细根占根系的比例也大于S1、W2和W1处理;S2处理的叶绿素a、叶绿素b以及总叶绿素质量分数最高,分别为1.36、0.53、1.89 mg·g^(-1);S2处理的单株育苗成本最大(0.666元),但育苗利润最大(23567.36元)。因此,大规格黑色塑料袋培育的壳菜果苗木质量最佳且经济效益最高,在生产上应选择较大规格的黑色塑料袋培育壳菜果苗木。
With 1-year-old Mytilaria laosensis seedlings,a random block experimental design was used to analyze the effects of five different containers on the growth of M.laosensis seedlings.The combination provides theoretical support for the selection of the container for the cultivation of M.laosensis seedlings.The results showed that:in terms of seedling height,ground diameter,height-diameter ratio,biomass,etc.,the value of treatment S2 was the largest,which was significantly different from S1,W1 and X1 treatments(P<0.05),and the quality index of treatment S2 was the largest(0.93).The root length,root surface area and root volume values were the largest,which were 3468.39 cm,578.53 cm 2 and 15.75 cm^(3),respectively,significantly higher than other treatments,and the proportion of fine roots in the root system of S2 was also much larger than that of treatments S1,W2 and W1.The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in S2 treatment were the highest,which were 1.36,0.53 and 1.89 mg·g^(-1),which were far higher than other treatments.In terms of economic benefits,S2 treatment had the largest seedling cost(0.666),but the largest seedling profit(RMB 23567.36 Yaun).Therefore,large size black plastic bags can be used to cultivate the best quality and the highest economic benefits of the M.laosensis seedlings,and should be chosen to cultivate the fruit seedlingsin production.
