摘要:通过对夏季奥森公园内3种游憩林分环境的保健因子日变化、季节变化规律的研究,来分析不同林分环境对人体健康的影响。具体的研究方法为:采用温湿度仪、粉尘监测仪、空气负离子测定器分别收集、分析夏季不同林分环境的空气温湿度、空气颗粒物、空气负离子等保健因子,采用数据统计分析方法并结合动物旷场试验模拟森林环境对人体的保健功能。结果表明,从人体舒适度指数日均值来看,对照组最高,其次为阔叶林,针阔混交林最低,对照组分别比其他3种林分日均值高11.14%、7.00%和13.15%。从PM2.5颗粒物浓度日均值分析来看,对照组最高,阔叶林次之、针叶林最低,对照组分别比其他3种林分日均值高22.46%、8.70%和6.16%。从各林分负离子日均值大小来看,针阔混交林最高,阔叶林次之,对照组最低,对照组分别比其他3种林分日均值低52.53%、43.03%和35.82%。从动物旷场试验模拟分析结果来看,与对照组相比,经过其他3种林分处理的小白鼠运动总路程、中央格运动路程、中央格停留时间和进入次数均明显提高。说明夏季3种游憩林内生态环境整体较好,尤其是针叶林或针阔混交林颗粒物日均浓度较低、负离子浓度日均值较高、温湿度适宜。经过阔叶林环境处理的小白鼠较其他3种林分相比,探索、认知能力显著提高,适合森林浴场的开发和建设。
In this study,the daily and seasonal changes of health care factors of three kinds of recreational forest environment in Olympic Forest Park in summer were studied to analyze the impact of different forest environments on human health.The specific test methods were as follows:Health care factors such as air temperature and humidity,air particulate matter and air anion in different stand environments in summer were collected and analyzed by using temperature and humidity meter,dust monitor and air anion detector.Data statistical analysis method was adopted in combination with animal open field test to simulate the health function of forest environment on human body.The results showed that:as for the daily average of human comfort index,the control group was the highest,followed by broad-leaved forest,and the coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest was the lowest.The control group was 11.14%,7.00%and 13.15%higher than the other three stands,respectively.According to the analysis of daily average of PM2.5 particulate concentration,the control group was the highest,followed by broad-leaved forest,and the coniferous forest was the lowest.Compared with the other three stands,the daily average of the control group was higher by 22.46%,8.70%and 6.16%,respectively.According to the daily average value of negative ions in each forest stand,the coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest was the highest,followed by broad-leaved forest,and the control group was the lowest.Compared with the other three stands,the daily average of the control group was lower by 52.53%,43.03%and 35.82%,respectively.As for the results of animal open field experiment,compared with the control group,the total movement distance,movement distance in center,time of staying in center and entry times of mice treated by the other three stands significantly increased.The results indicated that the ecological environment in the three kinds of recreation forests in summer was better as a whole,especially the coniferous forest or mixed forest with lower average daily concentration of particulate matter,higher daily average concentration of anion,and appropriate temperature and humidity.Moreover,compared with the other three kinds of forest stands,the mice treated by broad-leaved forest environment had significantly improved their exploration and cognitive ability,which is suitable for the development and construction of forest bath.
