摘要:MADS-box转录因子在调控植物生长发育中具有重要的作用,为了探明MADS-box基因家族在西伯利亚杏(Prunus sibirica)的功能,本研究基于西伯利亚杏基因组数据,对西伯利亚杏MADS-box基因(PsMADS-box)进行鉴定并对其基因结构、染色体分布、系统进化和表达模式进行分析。结果表明,在西伯利亚杏基因组中共鉴定得到72个PsMADS-box基因,其中36个TypeⅠ型MADS-box基因,包含3个亚家族,36个TypeⅡ型MADS-box基因,包含14个亚家族;PsMADS-box基因不均匀地分布于西伯利亚杏的8条染色体上;基因结构分析表明,TypeⅡ型MADS-box基因的内含子数量较多;表达模式分析显示Ps MADSbox基因家族成员具有不同的表达模式,其中多数TypeⅠ型MADS-box基因在叶片、花芽、花、果实、种仁、萼片、花瓣、雌蕊、雄蕊中表达量极少甚至不表达;MIKCc型MADS-box基因在不同的组织中存在特异表达。本研究将为解析西伯利亚杏花器官发育的分子机制提供重要的理论依据。
MADS-box transcription factors play an important role in the regulation of plant development. In order to clarify the function of the MADS-box gene family in Prunus sibirica, the MADS-box gene(PsMADS-box) were identified based on the P. sibirica genome data, and the analysis of gene structure, chromosome distribution,phylogenetic analysis, and expression pattern were further carried in the present study. The results showed that 72 Ps MADS-box genes were identified in the P. sibirica genome, including 36 TypeⅠ MADS-box genes, which were separated three subfamilies and 36 TypeⅡ MADS-box genes, which composed 14 subfamilies. All Ps MADS-box were mapped to eight chromosomes of P. sibirica. The gene structure indicates that the TypeⅡ MADS-box genes had a greater number of introns than that in TypeⅠ MADS-box genes. Ps MADS-box genes had different expression patterns, most of the TypeⅠMADS-box genes expressed few or no expressions in leaves, flower bud, bud, fruit,kernel sepal, petal, pistil, and stamen, MIKCc type genes specific express in the tested organizations. This study will provide an important theoretical basis for analyzing the molecular mechanism of flower organ development in P. sibirica.
