摘要:【目的】探究不同经营方式对毛竹林生态系统物种多样性及碳汇能力的影响,为更好实现毛竹林生态系统固碳增汇目标和促进毛竹林生态系统可持续经营提供科学指导。【方法】以林下种植竹荪的毛竹林(PD)、劈草清杂的毛竹林(GC)和粗放经营的毛竹林(EM)为研究对象,设置固定样地,进行野外调查、样品采集和室内分析,计算并分析不同经营方式下毛竹林生态系统物种多样性指数和各层次碳储量。【结果】1)PD和GC的灌木种类显著低于EM,而草本植物种类显著高于EM。PD和GC的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H)、Pielou均匀度指数(J)、Simpson优势度指数(H′)明显高于EM,而PD的Patrick丰富度指数(D)高于EM和GC;2)在毛竹林生态系统碳储量中,土壤层贡献了80%以上的碳,乔木层碳储量占比为10%~20%,灌木、草本和凋落物层的碳储量占比均小于1%;3)不同经营方式下毛竹林碳储量存在显著差异,EM和PD生态系统碳储量(BFCS)显著高于GC;EM的土壤碳储量(SOCS)明显高于PD和GC;PD和GC乔木碳储量(BCS)、年固碳量显著高于EM;GC和EM凋落物碳储量显著高于PD;4)H、J、H′与BCS呈正相关,而与SOCS呈负相关,其中J与BCS呈显著正相关,H、H′与SOCS呈显著负相关,这说明在毛竹林生态系统中,物种多样性和均匀度越高,乔木碳储量越高,而土壤碳储量越低;5)PD和GC物种多样性和碳储量的综合得分较高,其中GC因物种丰富度和均匀度较高而得分最高,EM因物种多样性指数较低而得分最低。【结论】林下种植竹荪和劈草清杂会促进林下草本更新,降低灌木植物的优势度和土壤层碳储量,提高林下植被的物种均匀度和乔木层碳储量,对毛竹林物种多样性和生态系统碳分配有着积极影响。此外,林下种植竹荪在保证毛竹林生态系统较高物种多样性和碳储量的同时,大幅提高了毛竹生产量,还通过竹荪生产创造了更为可观的经济收益,是更符合社会、经济、生态多方面可持续发展的毛竹林经营方式。
【Objective】The aim of this study was to explore the effects of different management modes on species diversity and carbon sink capacity in the moso bamboo forest ecosystem,in order to provide scientific guidance for better achieving carbon sequestration and sink enhancement goals and promoting sustainable management of the moso bamboo forest ecosystem.【Method】The moso bamboo forest planted with Dictyophora indusiata(PD),the moso bamboo forest with grass splitting and impurity clearing(GC)and the moso bamboo forest with extensive management(EM)were taken as the research objects.The fixed sample plots were set up for field investigation,sample collection and indoor analysis.The species diversity index and carbon storage of moso bamboo forest ecosystem under different management modes were calculated and analyzed.【Result】1)The shrub species of PD and GC were significantly lower than that of EM,while the herb species were significantly higher than that of EM.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H),Pielou evenness index(J)and Simpson dominance index(H′)of PD and GC were significantly higher than those of EM,while the Patrick richness index(D)of PD was higher than that of EM and GC;2)In the carbon storage of moso bamboo forest ecosystem,the soil layer contributed more than 80%of the carbon,the carbon storage of tree layer accounted for between 10%and 20%,and the carbon storage of shrub,herb and litter layer accounted for less than 1%;3)There were significant differences in carbon storage of moso bamboo forest forest under different management modes.The ecosystem carbon storage(BFCS)of EM and PD was significantly higher than that of GC.The soil carbon storage(SOCS)of EM was significantly higher than that of PD and GC.The tree carbon storage(BCS)and annual carbon sequestration of PD and GC were significantly higher than those of EM.The litter carbon storage of GC and EM was significantly higher than that of PD;4)H,J and H′were positively correlated with BCS,but negatively correlated with SOCS.J was significantly positively correlated with BCS,H and H′were significantly negatively correlated with SOCS,indicating that in the moso bamboo forest ecosystem,the higher the species diversity and evenness,the higher the tree carbon storage,and the lower the soil carbon storage;5)The comprehensive scores of species diversity and carbon storage of PD and GC were higher,among which GC had the highest score due to higher species richness and evenness,and EM had the lowest score due to lower species diversity index.【Conclusion】Planting Dictyophora indusiata and splitting grass and clearing impurity in the moso bamboo forest can promote the regeneration of understory herbs,reduce the dominance of shrub plants and carbon storage in soil layer,and improve the species uniformity of understory vegetation and carbon storage in tree layer,which has a positive impact on the species diversity and ecosystem carbon allocation of moso bamboo forest.In addition,the cultivation of Dictyophora indusiata under the forest not only ensures the high species diversity and carbon storage of the moso bamboo forest ecosystem,but also greatly improves the production of moso bamboo,and also creates more considerable economic benefits through the production of Dictyophora indusiata.It is a management mode of moso bamboo forest that is more in line with the sustainable development of society,economy and ecology.
