摘要：创新是引领发展的第一动力,保护知识产权就是保护创新。中国是世界上竹藤专利数量最多、产业规模最大的国家,竹藤专利数量占世界竹藤专利总量的50%以上。分析全球竹藤专利的申请状况和区域分布,有利于从宏观层面了解竹藤产业的发展趋势,掌握技术创新的研发动向,从而为我国制定竹藤专利研发策略和竹藤专利布局提供决策参考。文章分析认为:1)自20世纪60年代以来,全球竹藤专利申请数量总体呈增长趋势;2)竹藤综合实力较强的国家为中国、韩国、日本、美国和巴西;3)竹藤专利的新兴技术集中于A部(农业)和B部(作业;运输);4)中国竹藤专利转化成果良好,专利转让件数和许可件数均位居世界第一。结合专利分析结果,提出了中国竹藤产业发展的对策,即提高专利质量、加大专利保护力度、加强专利海外布局和促进专利成果的转化应用。
Innovation is the first driving force for development,and protecting intellectual property rights is protecting innovation.China is the top country in the world in terms of the number of bamboo and rattan patents and the industrial scale,and holds more than 50% of the world total number of bamboo and rattan patents.Analyzing the application and regional distribution of global bamboo and rattan patents is conducive to understanding the macro-level development trend of bamboo and rattan industry and the technological R&D and innovation,based on which the references could be provided for China to formulate the R&D strategy for bamboo and rattan patent and develop the layout of bamboo and rattan patent.It is thought that:1)Since the 1960s,the global bamboo and rattan patents applied have been increasing in number;2)China,South Korea,Japan,the United States and Brazil are the countries with strong comprehensive strength;3)The new technologies related to bamboo and rattan patents are concentrated in Part A(agriculture)and Part B(operations;transportation);and 4)China has achieved remarkably in the bamboo and rattan patent transfer,ranking the world top in terms of the number of patent transfer and licenses.Based on the patent analysis,the countermeasures for the development of bamboo and rattan industry in China is proposed,with the focus on improving the quality of bamboo and rattan patents,increasing patent protection,strengthening the overseas,and promoting the transfer and application of bamboo and rattan patent.
