摘要：蛋白质的分离纯化是蛋白质研究领域的关键技术之一。介绍了从动植物原料中提取蛋白质的方法。综述了各类不同的分离提纯技术,其中重点介绍了高效液相色谱法。指出了蛋白质分离纯化面临的问题及其解决方法。
The Separation and the purification of protein is one of the key technologies in protein research field. This paper introduces the methods of extracting proteins from floras and faunas and reviews various kinds of separating and purifying techniques. It describes mainly high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. This paper also presents the problems and the solutions for separation and purification of protein.
