摘要:碱性亚钠-碱性过氧化氢及碱性过氧化氢(Ⅰ)-碱性过氧化氢(Ⅱ)两段化学预浸渍,常压磨浆,段间漂白,直接制取杨木漂白化机浆。结果表明:(1)用碱性亚钠-碱性过氧化氢浸渍,段间漂白,可制得得率为86%BCMP。白度较相同条件常规BCMP低1%~4%ISO,强度高8%~18%;(2)用3.6%NaOH,4%H_2O_2两段过氧化氢常压预浸渍,可制得得率为90%以上,白度72.7%ISOBCMP,惟强度指标较碱性亚钠-碱性过氧化氢浸渍段间漂白所得BCMP略低。
Bleached CMP pulps can be obtained by normal CMP pulping procedure. Two chemical combi-nations as alkaline sodium sulphite-alkaline peroxide,alkaline peroxide-alkaline peroxide for two stage pre-treatment of wood chips,atmosferic refining,were investigated.The result shows that, under alkalinesodium sulphite-alkaline peroxide two stage impregnations, bleached CMP can be produced with yield of86%,strength of more 8%~18%and brightness of 1%~4%which are less than normal BCMP;underalkaline peroxide two stage impregnations,BCMP pulps were produced in yield of more than 90%,bright-ness of 72% ISO,but the pulp strength were a little lower than the first pulps.
