摘要:【目的】解析崖柏(Thuja sutchuenensis)分布区在不同缓冲区尺度下的景观格局和生境质量的时空变化,为崖柏的科学保护规划提供参考。【方法】对位于重庆市开州区和城口县及四川省宣汉县的99个崖柏天然分布点,利用ArcGIS建立以各天然分布点为中心的不同空间尺度的缓冲区(5、10和20 km),提取出2000—2020年各缓冲区内的土地利用数据;采用土地利用转移矩阵、景观指数和InVEST模型,分析2000—2020年不同缓冲区尺度下的崖柏分布区景观指数和生境质量的时空动态变化。【结果】研究区的主要景观类型为林地,其面积占比均在85%以上,景观类型转换主要发生在耕地与林地之间;在研究时段内,3个缓冲区尺度的斑块密度(PD)、Shannon多样性指数(SHDI)和Shannon均匀度指数(SHEI)均呈现下降趋势,平均斑块面积(AREA_MN)呈现上升趋势,聚集度指数(AI)呈现先上升后降低的变化趋势,而斑块内聚力指数(COHESION)较稳定,在99.87~99.94之间;在生境质量方面,对应缓冲区尺度5、10、20 km,20年间崖柏分布区高水平生境质量面积占比增长率分别为0.72%、1.10%和3.27%。【结论】在2000—2020年的研究时段内,不同缓冲区尺度(5、10和20 km)下的崖柏分布区景观多样性和破碎度均下降,而生境质量在不断提升。
【Objective】The temporal and spatial dynamics of landscape pattern and habitat quality under different buffer scales were analyzed to provide reference for scientific conservation planning of Thuja sutchuenensis.【Method】Using ArcGIS,99 distribution points of T.sutchuenensis were established in different spatial scale buffer zones(5,10 and 20 km),and the land use data in each buffer zone during 2000-2020 were extracted.Land use transfer matrix,landscape index and InVEST model were used to analyze the spatio-temporal dynamic of landscape index and habitat quality at different spatial scales in the distribution area of T.sutchuenensis at different buffer scales from 2000 to 2020.【Result】The main landscape type in the study region is the forests,which accounting for more than 85%of the total area.Meanwhile,the most prominent landscape change occurred between the cultivated land and the forests;Patch density(PD),Shannon diversity index(SHDI)and Shannon evenness index(SHEI)showed a decreasing trend,while the average patch area(AREA_MN)presented an increasing trend.Besides,the aggregation index(AI)showed a trend of first rising and then decreasing.The Patch COHESION index was relatively high and stable,ranging from 99.87 to 99.94.In terms of habitat quality from 2000 to 2020,the increase rate in the proportion of high level habitat quality area across the three buffer zones were 0.72%,1.10%and 3.27%,respectively.【Conclusion】Over the last two decades,regardless of the size of buffer scales,the landscape diversity and fragmentation of T.suthuenensis distribution region was decreasing and the quality of habitat was constantly improving.
