摘要:以毛竹竹片为原料,采用酸性、弱酸和活性染料,进行常规水浴、真空加压、真空加热和超声波辅助下的竹片染色,探讨染料品种、浸没方式、染色时间等工艺因子对竹片上染效果的影响,并对染色后竹片进行切片分析。研究结果表明:酸性染料中酸性大红GR应用于竹片染色效果较好,弱酸染料效果较差;抽真空有利于染液的上染,合理的浸没方式可以提高抽真空染色效率;酸性、弱酸和活性染料对薄壁组织上染较好,其次为纤维和导管。
Under conventional baths,vacuum pressure,vacuum heating and ultrasonic process conditions,the influence of technical factors such as dye varieties,immerging mode and dyeing time on bamboo dyeing was explored using Phyllostachys heterocycla var.pubescens as the raw material,acid,weak acid and reactive dyes as penetrants.The results showed the dyeing effects of acid scarlet GR was better than that of weak acids.Vacuum might enhance the penetration power of dye,while a reasonable immersion mode might accelerate dyeing efficiency.Using acid,weak acid and reactive dyes,parenchyma were dyed well,followed by fiber cells and vessel.
