摘要:以5种类型的纸袋为试材,进行了红富士苹果套袋试验。结果表明,套袋能显著改善果实的外观品质,果面光洁,无伤疤,在5个套袋处理中,有4个处理的着色面积达到100%,显著促进了果面着色;套袋处理的果实糖酸比提高,改善了果实的适口性。使用石家庄制国产袋的各处理与日本制双层袋相比,单果重上提高2.9~6.2个百分点;果实硬度上提高0.53~0.63kg/cm2;总糖含量上最多高1.0个百分点,石家庄制网产袋总体上优于日本制双层袋。
Five kinds of paper bag made in Shijiazhuang and Japan were used for studying the quality development of Yataka Fuji apple under bagging condition.The result showed that fruit colour and the radio of total sugar/malic acid were improved by bagging treatment. It was better on fruit weight, rigidity,and total sugar content by using bags made in Shijiazhuang than Japanese double-bag.It is more than 2.9~ 6.2% on fruit weight by using bags which were made in Shijiazhuang,and more than 0.53~0.63 kg/cm^2 on rigidity,and more than 1.0% on total sugar content.
