摘要：基于2017年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据,实证分析家庭化迁移对农民工社会融合的影响。研究发现:①举家迁移对农民工社会融合有显著正向影响,而半家庭化迁移对农民工社会融合的影响不显著。合理的解释是,当前的半家庭化迁移以配偶随迁为代表,其目标是务工收入最大化,家庭重心仍然在农村老家;只有包括子女在内的核心家庭都举家迁移时,家庭重心才从农村转移到城市。②异质性分析表明,当农民工为第一代、流动距离越远,流入的城市区域为东部地区时,家庭化迁移对社会融合的促进作用越大;当流入城市区域为东北地区时,家庭化迁移对农民工社会融合无显著影响。③影响机制结果显示,住房状况是家庭化迁移影响农民工社会融合的重要中间机制之一,即家庭化迁移使得农民工的住房状况产生分化,进而导致其社会融合产生差异。
Based on the data of the China Migrants Dynamic Survey in 2017,this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between rural migrant workers'family-based migration and their social integration.The research finds that:1)Family migration has a significant positive impact on the social integration of rural migrant workers,while semi-family migration has no significant impact on the social integration of rural migrant workers.A reasonable explanation is that the current semi-family migration is represented by spouse migration,rural migrant workers'goal is to maximize their income,and their family focus is still the rural hometown.Only when major families,including spouses and children,migrate to the urban areas,their family focus changes from the rural areas to the urban areas.2)According to heterogeneity analysis,it is the first generation of rural migrant workers,the farther the migration distance of migrant workers,and when the urban area flowing into is the eastern region,family migration has a positive impact on the social integration of rural migrant workers,but when the inflow urban area is the northeast region,familialization migration has no significant effect on the social integration of migrant workers.3)The results of the influence mechanism show that housing situation is one of the important intermediate mechanisms of family migration affecting the social integration of rural migrant workers,that is,family migration makes the housing situation of migrant workers differentiated,which in turn leads to differences in their social integration.
