摘要：木质林产品国际贸易中隐含碳的问题逐渐被重视,目前的核算体系将这部分的碳储存全部计入到进口国,碳排放计入出口国家。通过对国际贸易中木质林产品隐含碳的承担主体的分析,提出进出口国应共同负担木质林产品种隐含碳,并以此来改进国家碳库和碳排放核算模型。
Carbon emissions and storage which embodied in wood products International trade is gradually being taken seriously,the current accounting system tread the carbon storage are all included in the importing countries and carbon emissions are included in the exporting countries. The paper analysis the main part to undertaken this Carbon Emissions and storage. It indicate that importing and exporting countries should share the burden of the varieties of wood forest products carries carbon emissions and carbon storage,and then as this Methodology the a new national carbon storage and carbon emissions accounting model framework was be developed.
