摘要：科研诚信是科技创新的基石,是实现科技强国目标的基础。科研院所是我国科学研究的主要力量,也是我国科学研究活动科研诚信建设的责任主体。为保障科研院所良好的学术环境,坚决杜绝各类科研失信行为,需要进一步采取积极有效的举措来强化科研诚信建设。文章分析了科研院所科研诚信建设现状,研究进一步加强科研院所科研诚信建设的路径,旨在为科研院所营造良好健康发展的学术环境。
Scientific research integrity is the cornerstone of scientific and technological innovation and the foundation of realizing the goal of scientific and technological power.Scientific research institutes are the main force of scientific research and also the main body responsible for the research integrity construction in China.In order to ensure a good academic environment for scientific research institutes,we need to take further effective measures to strengthen the construction of scientific research integrity and put an end to all kinds of dishonesty in scientific research.This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of research integrity in scientific research institutes and also studies the path to further strengthen the construction of scientific research integrity,in order to create a good and healthy academic environment for scientific research institutes.
