摘要:以杨木为原料制备户外用高性能重组木,重点探讨浸渍量和密度对材料性能的影响,并测试其耐水性能、防腐、防蛀等性能。结果表明:在最佳浸渍量14%,密度1.05 g/cm3的条件下,户外重组木的耐水性能达到GB/T30364-2013《重组竹地板》室外地板的要求,抗弯强度超过120 MPa,抗弯模量超过17 000 MPa;在不添加防腐剂的条件下,达到Ⅱ级耐腐等级和中等抗蛀蚀等级。
To explore outdoor applications for Populus scrimber products, the authors prepared a scrimber sample and then evaluated water resistance, decay resistance and anti-insect performance of the scrimber.The results showed that optimum resin impregnation content and density of the Populus scrimber was 14% and 1.05 g/cm3, respectively.Under these conditions, water resistance of the sample could meet the requirements of GB/T 30364-2013 "Bamboo Scrimber Flooring for Outdoor Flooring" with superior MOR and MOE.Without adding any preservatives, decay resistance of the samples could reach Ⅱgrade with moderate termite resistance.
