摘要:为了给竹基纤维复合材料在户外环境的使用提供参考数据,对利用3~4年生毛竹和慈竹生产的竹基纤维复合材料,参照美、中两种标准(ASTM D 1037-06a和GB/T 17657-1999)方法进行循环试验,测定经过循环暴露试验后,材料的力学性能和尺寸稳定性。试验结果表明,竹基纤维复合材料的性能优于现有户外商业化重组竹产品。
A crushed bamboo-mat composite has a high potential in exterior structural applications. The mechanical properties and dimensional stability of the bamboo composites, after an accelerated six wet-dry cycle and water boil tests, were studied. The results showed that the average modulus of rupture, modulus of elasticity, and shear strength of moso-bamboo composites, after the accelerated test, were no less than 120 MPa, 13 000 MPa, 15 MPa, respectively. The thickness swelling of the composite was no more than 5%. The mechanical performance of Neosinocalarnus affinis bamboo composite, after the accelerated test, was even better.
