摘要:为了解柿主栽品种苗期抗旱性能,筛选苗期抗旱性的指标,以生长和管理一致12个品种幼苗为材料,分析其25个指标,对柿品种抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:18个指标在不同品种间均存在极显著差异(p<0.01),5个指标表现为显著差异(p<0.05),其中,大平核苗高达140.24 cm,肉柿仅有70.94 cm;大平核全株总生物量均最大,为204.77 g;最小的是火晶,仅为85.56 g。25个指标中变异最大的为总根长度,系数达到99.53%,最小的为叶片厚度,仅为12.23%。综合分析把12个品种划分为生长形态抗旱型、根系结构抗旱型、生物量分配抗旱型和叶片结构抗旱型,其中,斤柿的综合抗旱能力最强,火晶最弱。茎生物量、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、总根长度、根冠比以及角质层厚度可以作为柿苗期抗旱性评价的指标。
In order to study the drought resistance characteristics of Diospyros kaki(persimmon), screening the drought resistance materials, the twelve persimmon cultivars with the same environment and administration measures as the cultivars growing in field using subordinate function values analysis, clustering analysis and principal component analysis for researching 25 indexes. The results showed that there were extremely significant differences among the 18 indicators of different varieties(p<0.01), and significant differences in the 5 indicators(p <0.05). Such as the height of seedling of Dahewu was up to 140.24 cm, but Roushi was only 70.94 cm, but Roushi was only 70.94 cm. The change of total biomass of an individual plant on different cultivars was evident,among which Dahewu was maximum, that was 204.77 g, and Huojing was the minimum, only 85.56 g. Overall,there are major differences among the 25 parameters, with the total root length reaching 99.53% and thickness of leaf as the smallest, and also reaching 12.23%. The characteristics of drought resistance were mainly categorized into different types, such as the growth-morphology type, leaf-anatomical-structure type root-structure type and biomass-allocation type. Jinshi was the strongest of 12 cultivars by comprehensive assessment, and Huojing was the weakest. The study selected the six indexes to evaluate drought resistance of persimmon at seedling stage including thickness of palisade tissue, thickness of spongy tissue, thickness of cuticle, total root length, stem biomass and root shoot ratio, which could rapidly identify the drought resistance.
