摘要:【目的】通过分析杉木第三代亲本杂交子代生长性状的遗传变异,旨在开展三代家系及四代优树选择,为大岗山地区提供优良造林家系及第四代育种群体构建材料。【方法】在对2~7年生22个杉木第三代亲本全同胞家系的树高、胸径、冠幅和单株材积遗传分析基础上,利用BLUP方法,通过构建亲缘关系矩阵,对树高、胸径和单株材积育种值进行估测。【结果】全同胞家系间生长表型变异丰富,单株材积变异系数最大,可作为家系选择的主要生长性状。树高、胸径和单株材积家系遗传力分别为0.116~0.274、0.217~0.253和0.203~0.290。以7年生时家系单株材积育种值为选择指标,选择速生型优良家系6个,入选率约27%,入选家系树高、胸径和单株材积的现实增益分别达2.92%、16.36%和54.92%。6年生时选择准确度趋于稳定,可作为杉木优良家系早期选择的参考林龄。采用配合选择方法,选择出39个优株,单株入选率为5.53%,入选单株树高、胸径及单株材积现实增益分别为28.38%、59.86%和218.53%。【结论】杉木第三代全同胞优良家系仍具有较高材积增益,入选优良单株可用于第四代育种群体构建。
[Objective]The genetic variation of growth traits of 22 Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata)full-sib families from the parents of the third generation seed orchards were analyzed to select the third genera‐tion excellent families and elite trees for the building of the fourth generation breeding population in Dagang mountain production area of Chinese fir.[Method]Based on genetic analysis of tree height(H),diameter at breast height(D),crown width and individual volume(V)from 2-year-old to 7-year-old,the breeding values of tree height,diameter at breast height and individual volume were estimated by using BLUP method.[Result]The phenotypic variation among the full-sib families was abundant.The individual volume had the largest coeffi‐cient of variation,and could be used as the main growth trait for family selection.The family heritability of H,D and V were 0.116-0.274,0.217-0.253 and 0.203-0.290,respectively.Taking the breeding value of individual volume of 7-year-old families as the selection index,six excellent fast-growing families were selected,and the selection rate was about 27%.The actual genetic gains of H,D and V of selected families were 2.92%,16.36%and 54.92%respectively.The accuracy of selection tended to be stable at the age of 6 years,which can be used as a reference age for early selection of superior families of Chinese fir.As a result,total 39 individuals derived from 12 different families were selected by the method of combination selection,and the selection rate of indi‐viduals was 5.53%.The individual genetic gains of H,D and V were 28.38%,59.86%and 218.53%respectively.[Conclusion]The third generation full-sib superior families of Chinese fir still had high volume gain,and the selected individuals could be used to construct the fourth generation breeding population.
