摘要:生态化学计量在研究生态系统动态变化和功能方面具有重要作用。为阐明林龄对土壤养分含量的影响及为森林经营提供科学依据,研究了不同林龄(5、10、20和40年)陈山红心杉根际和非根际土壤有机碳、全氮和全磷含量及其生态化学计量比。结果表明:根际和非根际土中,有机碳分别介于13.05~37.00、9.18~33.06 g/kg,全氮分别介于1.20~3.22、1.40~3.89 g/kg,全磷分别介于0.23~0.68、0.28~0.84 g/kg,C∶N分别介于9.60~15.70、6.54~8.87,C∶P分别介于33.90~95.84、23.31~56.13,N∶P分别介于3.14~8.78、3.56~6.74。根际有机碳、C∶N和C∶P大于非根际,其余在根际和非根际间无显著差异。随着林龄的增加,有机碳、全氮含量及C、N、P生态化学计量比均先降低后升高,土壤全磷含量呈下降趋势。相关性表明C∶N和C∶P主要受有机碳的影响,而N∶P受全氮的影响大于全磷。因此,在森林经营过程中,须注意监测土壤养分含量及生态化学计量特征的动态变化,并应考虑根际和非根际土壤的差异性。
Ecological stoichiometry plays a critical role in ecosystem dynamics and function.In order to clarify the effect of stand ages on soil nutrients and to provide scientific basis for forest management,the contents of soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP)and their stoichiometric ratios in rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil of Cunninghania lanceolata(Chenshan-red-fir)plantations at different stand ages(5-,10-,20-and 40-year-old)were studied.The results showed that the contents of SOC were 13.05~37.00 and 9.18~33.06 g/kg,the contents of TN were 1.20~3.22 and 1.40~3.89 g/kg,the contents of TP were 0.23~0.68 and 0.28~0.84 g/kg,C∶N ratios were 9.60~15.70 and 6.54~8.87,C∶P ratios were 33.90~95.84 and 23.31~56.13,N∶P ratios were 3.14~8.78 and 3.56~6.74 in the rhizosphere soil and the non-rhizosphere soil,respectively.The SOC content,C∶N ratio and C∶P ratio in the rhizosphere soil were higher than those in the non-rhizosphere soil,but others showed no significant difference between the rhizosphere soil and the non-rhizosphere soil.With the age increased,the contents of SOC,TN and stoichiometric ratios of C,N and P decreased and then increased,the TP content showed a decreasing trend.The C∶N ratio and C∶P ratio were mainly affected by SOC,while TN had larger effect on N∶P than TP.Therefore,soil nutrients content,stoichiometric ratio of C,N and P and their differences between rhizopshere soil and non-rhizosphere soil should be concerned in the forest management process.
