摘要:近年来松材线虫病在我国由南向北逐渐蔓延并危害新寄主,目前蔓延到吉林省,对我国东北地区森林生态系统造成极大的威胁。加格达奇地区属于寒温带,该地区具有丰富松科树种资源,兴安落叶松(Larix gmelinii(Rupr.)Kuzen)和樟子松(Pinus sylvestris)是我国重要的用材林以及防护林树种。松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)一旦侵入该地区将对我国东北地区林业资源造成严重破坏。采用CLIMEX模型预测适生区、媒介昆虫调查、分子鉴定以及赋值计算风险评估值等方法,预测该地区松材线虫病发生的风险性。结果表明:加格达奇大部分地区为松材线虫的中适生区;该地区有4种已报道的媒介昆虫,分别为樟子松墨天牛(Monochamusgalloprovincialis)、云杉大墨天牛(Monochamus urussovi)、云杉小墨天牛(Monochamus sutor)以及云杉花墨天牛(Monochamus salturarius Gebler);通过枯死松树的分离鉴定发现拟松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus mucronatus);根据赋值法规则计算出松材线虫病在加格达奇的风险性评估值R=2.69,判定寒温带加格达奇地区松材线虫病入侵风险极大。因此,综合判断松材线虫在加格达奇地区适生、传播和入侵风险,为我国寒温带地区的松材线虫病的监测、预警提供技术支撑。
At present,pine wilt nematode disease has gradually expanded from south to north in China and has been harming pine hosts the northernmost in Jilin Province,which poses a great threat to forest system in China.Jiagedaqi area belongs to the cold temperate zone of northeast China,which is rich in Pinaceae tree resources.The Larix gmelinii(Rupr.)Kuzen and the Pinus sylvestris are important timber trees and shelter forest trees in China.Once the Bursaphelenchus xylophilus invades the cold temperate zone,it will lead great destroy to forest resources in China.The comprehensive risk analysis of pine wilt nematode disease in Jiagedaqi area of cold temperate zone was done by CLIMEX model,vector investigation,molecular biology and multi-index comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that Jiagedaqi area in the cold temperate zone was the suitable area for pine wilt nematode,and there were four reported vectors in this area,including Monochamus galloprovincialis,M.urussovi,M.sutor,and M.salturarius Gebler;and there was the B.mucronatus in dead pine tree.According to the assignment regulations,the risk assessment value(R=2.69)of pine wilt nematode disease in Jiagedaqi was calculated,which determined that the invasion risk of pine wilt nematode disease in the cold temperate area of Jiagedaqi was extremely high.Therefore,the comprehensive analysis of pine wood nematodes in Jiagedaqi area suitable for growth,transmission and invasion of the B.xylophilus would provide technical support for the monitoring and early warning of pine wilt nematodes disease in cold temperate zone of China.
