摘要:为了实现热压板升降系统的精确位置跟踪控制,本文针对系统的强耦合、非线性等特点,提出了一种基于广义预测控制(GPC)的位置跟踪控制方法。首先给出了热压板升降系统的数学模型,并推导出其传递函数,在此基础上设计出基于广义预测控制算法的位置跟踪控制器,然后对系统中油缸的位置跟踪问题进行了仿真实验研究。结果表明,基于GPC算法的位置跟踪控制相对于常规PID控制,其调节过程平稳快速、稳态误差小、鲁棒性好,具有更好的跟踪性能,可以满足热压板升降系统精确位置跟踪控制要求。
In order to realize the accurate position tracking control of the Hot Platen Lifting System, the position tracking control method based on generalized predictive control(GPC) is proposed according to the strong coupling and nonlinear characteristics of the system. A mathematical model of the Hot Platen Lifting System is given, and the transfer function of the single input and single output is deduced. The position tracking controller based on generalized predictive control algorithm is designed. Then the simulation on the position tracking control of oil cylinder is carried out and studied. The simulation results show that compared to the conventional PID controller, the GPC controller can keep the adjusting process stable and fast, smaller steady state error and good robustness. Therefore, the GPC control method has better tracking performance than the PID control method, and it can meet the requirements of accurate position tracking control of the Hot Platen Lifting System.
