摘要:林业的"四个地位"明确指出林业在我国的经济与发展中肩负的重大责任,可持续林业是国家可持续发展战略的一个重要组成部分。然而,对于可持续林业需要满足什么样的要求,如何实现可持续林业,社会各界还存在异议。本文通过构建可持续林业的指标体系,运用ISM解释结构模型对可持续林业各个指标进行建模,并进行了系统分析,给出了简化了的表层影响因素、中层影响因素和深层影响因素三大分类,并对可持续林业的各个指标进行分级评价,有利于推进可持续林业的定量研究与可持续林业发展的实现。
The forestry "four status" explicitly pointed out that forestry is responsible for china's economic development, and sustainable forestry is one of important components of sustainable development. However, the requirement and how to achieve of sustainable forestry is still in question. The evaluation indexes system of sustainable forestry is constructed. In addition, the index of sustainable forestry is analyzed through Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM), and grade assessment of the index of sustainable forestry is proposed, and the surface and the middle and the deep impact factors three grade evaluation, which is beneficial to quantitative research of sustainable forestry and realization of development sustainable forestry.
