摘要：林业产业中蕴藏着绿色发展的重大机遇,推动林业绿色金融有利于引导和支持我国经济的可持续发展,但作为林业绿色金融重要措施的林业绿色信贷在实践过程中存在着配套法律制度薄弱、标准不统一、缺乏有效监督机制等问题。文中简述我国林业绿色信贷政策与研究现状,对我国林业绿色信贷发展进行SWOT分析,并提出相应政策建议。
Forestry industry embodies the major opportunities for green development,and therefore promoting forestry green finance is conducive to guiding and supporting the sustainable economic development in China.However,as an important measure of forestry green finance,the green credits for forestry are still faced with some problems,such as weak supporting legal system,inconsistent criteria and indicators,and the lack of effective supervision. The paper briefed on the green credit policies for forestry sector and their related research in China,made the SWOT analysis of the forestry green credit,and came up with corresponding policy recommendations.
