摘要：棕地治理与再利用是当前工业城市转型发展面临的重要问题。文章以城市森林理论作为研究切入点,比较并建立城市棕地与城市森林二者之间的对应关系;基于德国鲁尔区3个棕地景观再生案例,研究城市棕地治理在生态、社会与空间3个层面的设计策略与手段方法,识别从城市棕地到城市森林转变过程中的各类要素及价值关系;最后,总结提炼德国区域性棕地治理与景观再生的经验启示。
Brownfield site management and reuse is an important issue in the transformation and development of industrial cities.Based on the urban forest theory,this paper compares and establishes the corresponding relationship between urban brownfield and urban forest.Based on three cases of landscape regeneration of urban brownfield in Ruhr District,Germany,this paper studies the design strategies and methods of urban brownfield management at the ecological,social and spatial levels,and identifies various elements in the process of transformation from urban brownfield to urban forest and their relationships.Finally,the paper summarizes the experiences and enlightenment of regional brownfield management and landscape regeneration in Germany.
