摘要：介绍了基于RS-232的触摸屏与基于ATmega128的实验压机控制器通过串口通信实现对实验压机整个自动过程进行设置与监控的方法,使木材加工中的热压过程输入与显示更加简单明了,摆脱了上位计算机、下位机与执行部件之间繁琐的控制模式,将触摸式液晶屏直接嵌入到实验压机的控制柜上,实现实验压机的高度集成化。
In this article, the method of setting up and monitoring the whole automatic process is proposed, and the application of touch-screen technology based on the RS-232 touch-screen communicating with the testing press machine controller based on the ATmega128 through serial communication is introduced. By this means, the importation and display of hot-pressing in the timber processing become more simple and clear, casting off the fussy control mode by host computer, subordinate and executive components. Touch-screen embedded directly to the control cabinet realizes the manufacturing of testing press machine in high degree of integration.
