摘要:【目的】了解缺磷胁迫后黑木相思主要营养元素的分配与生长及叶绿素荧光的相关性,为黑木相思高效栽培和养分调控提供理论依据。【方法】以黑木相思优良无性系SR17组培苗为材料,在全磷和缺磷Hoagland’s营养液培养3个月,测定黑木相思生长及根、茎和叶器官营养元素含量和叶片叶绿素荧光参数。【结果】1)缺磷培养下,苗木地上生长量受到影响,而根冠比显著提高;2)全株氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)营养元素积累显著降低,同时P元素在根、茎和叶中的分配发生明显变化,N/P和K/P比值显著上升,而N和K元素在根、茎和叶中的分配无显著差异,N/K比值保持稳定;3)缺磷胁迫导致叶绿素荧光参数F0、Fm、Fv/Fm和Fv/F0下降,叶片实际光捕获效率(Fv′/Fm′)和光电子效率(ΦPSII)降低,同时光化学反应耗散减小,天线热耗散增大,缺磷胁迫对黑木相思成年叶的叶绿素荧光性能影响大于幼叶;4)叶N、P、K含量与成年叶的叶绿素荧光参数显著相关,根、茎和叶器官的P含量与苗木生长指标相关性强。【结论】黑木相思苗木通过降低P元素在根和茎中的比例,提高在叶中比例,同时保持稳定N/K比来适应缺磷胁迫,植株P元素含量大幅降低是影响成年叶叶绿素荧光性能下降和苗木生长的主要因素。因此针对我国南方缺磷地的黑木相思栽培,施放基肥时应重视磷肥的应用。
【Objective】To understand the correlations between distribution of main nutrient elements and growth and chlorophyll fluorescence under phosphorus deficiency in blackwood(Acacia melanoxylon)and provide theory basis for cultivation techniques and nutrient regulation.【Method】Blackwood superior clone SR17 was selected as the material.The plants were cultured in Hoagland’s solution without phosphorus for 3 months and the plants cultured in Hoagland’s solution were used as control.Then the growth traits,nutrient elements contents in root,stems and leaves were measured while the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were also checked in juvenile and adult leaves.【Result】1)Biomass of the shoots was obviously decreased under P deficiency while ratio of root/shoot significantly increased.2)N,P and K contents in total plants significantly decreased.Meanwhile,distribution of P in leaves,stems and roots significantly changed while N and K were still constant,which induced the ratio of N/P and K/P increasing.3)Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters F0,Fm,Fv/Fm and Fv/F0 showed significantly decreased under P deficiency and Fv′/Fm′fluorescence property andΦPSII were also reduced.Meanwhile,photochemical reaction dissipation decreased while hot dissipation of antenna increased under P deficiency.It was also found that chlorophyll fluorescence parametersin adult leaves decreased more than juvenile leaves under P deficiency.4)P content in roots,stems and leaves were positive correlation in dry matter productivity while N,P and K contents in leaves was significant correlation with chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in adult leaves.【Conclusion】The blackwood plant maintains the ratio of N/K stable and increases the P content in leaves and decreases the distribution of P in stem and root to response to P deficiency.P is an important role to limit the growth of blackwood and decrease chlorophyll.Hence,attention to applying P in base fertilizers necessary to cultivate blackwood in forest land in south of China.
