摘要:以杉木1年生容器苗为试验材料,采用基质配比、缓释肥量和容器规格三因素析因实验设计,研究各因素及其互作效应对杉木容器苗生长和养分浓度的影响,并运用隶属函数法对各处理组合的育苗效果进行综合评价。结果表明:3个主因素中,缓释肥量对苗木生长和营养指标影响最大,对绝大多数生长指标和营养指标的影响达到显著水平;基质配比其次,容器规格最小,两者仅对大多数生长指标有显著影响,而对营养指标几乎无影响。双因素互作效应中,缓释肥量×基质配比互作效应最大,对所有营养指标和除根冠比外的生长指标均有显著影响;缓释肥量×容器规格互作效应其次,对所有营养指标和部分生长指标具有显著影响;容器规格×基质配比互作效应最小,仅对部分生长指标具有显著影响。三因素互作效应对多数生长指标和少数营养指标具有显著影响。隶属函数综合评价表明:缓释肥施用量为3.5 kg/m^3、容器规格为4.5 cm×10.0 cm、V(泥炭)∶V(稻壳)∶V(木屑)=7∶1.5∶1.5组合的平均隶属函数值最大为0.753 8,其营养指标的平均隶属函数值0.762 2在所有组合中最大,生长指标的平均隶属函数值0.745 3在所有组合中排名第2位,该组综合表现为所有组合中育苗效果最好的组合。
1 year old fir container seedlings were taken as test materials,a three-factor,factorial experiment was designed,the factors were the matrix ratio,the amount of slow-release fertilizer and the container specifications,to study the various factors and their interaction effects on the growth and nutrient concentration of Chinese fir container seedlings,and using subordinate function the nursery effect was each treatment combination was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that: of the three main factors,slow-release fertilizer had the greatest impact on seedling growth and nutrition indicators,which reached a significaut level on the majority of the growth indicators and nutritional indicators,followed by matrix ratio and the container size,which had impact only on most growth indicators and growth indicators,but almost no effect on nutritional indicators.In the two-factor interaction effects,slow-release fertilizer × matrix proportion had the maximum interaction effect,which affected all the nutrition indicators and growth indicators except for the root-crown ratio; followed by slow-release fertilizer ×container specifications,which affected all nutrition indicators and some indicators of growth; container specifications × matrix proportion had the minimum interaction effects,which only affected some of the growth indicators.The interaction effect of three factors had a significant influence on most of the growth indicators and a few nutrition indicators. Comprehensive evaluation of the membership function showed that: the amount of slow-release fertilizer 3.5 kg / m3,container specifications 4.5 cm×10.0 cm,peat ∶rice husk ∶ sawdust = 7∶1.5∶1.5 had the maximum membership value of 0.753 8,the average membership values of its nutritional indicators was 0. 762 2,the average growth index membership function value was 0.745 3,ranking the second in all the combinations.This combination had the best nursery effect in all the combinations.
