摘要:在广东省遂溪、阳江和湛江3个地点对加勒比松杂种松的22个杂交组合进行了生长性状调查,其中遂溪和阳江的试验林为13年生,湛江的试验林为11年生。用SAS软件对树高、胸径和材积进行了多重比较,筛选出生长性状好的杂交组合。结果表明:有多个杂交组合在生长性状上超过对照加勒比松古巴变种(Pinus caribaeaMorelet var.caribaea)且差异显著(α=0.05)。各地点树高和胸径与对照差异显著的杂交组合分别为:遂溪,PCC(吴2)×PCC(阳1)、PCC(南2)×PCC(吴2)、PCC(吴2)×PCC(遂175)、PCC(吴2)×PCC(河6)、PCC(吴2)×PCC(阳2);湛江,PCC(吴2)×PCC(阳1)。各地点单株材积与对照差异显著的杂交组合分别为:遂溪,PCC(吴2)×PCC(阳1)、PCC(南2)×PCC(吴2)、PCC(吴2)×PCC(遂175)、PCC(南2)×PEE1027、PCC(吴2)×PEE0375、PCC(吴2)×PCC(河6)、PCC(吴2)×PCC(阳2);湛江,PCC(吴2)×PCC(阳1)、PCC(南2)×PEE1027、PEE2×PCC173、PCC(南2)×PCC(吴2)、PCC(吴2)×PCC(遂256)。阳江试验点只在胸径性状上有3个杂交组合与对照差异显著(α=0.05),分别为PCC(南2)×PEE1027、PCC(吴2)×PCC(吴2)、PCC(吴2)×PEE1027,且与遂溪试验点的生长性状差别较大。加勒比松与湿地松的种间杂交、加勒比松的种内杂交均可以产生具有一定生长性状优势的杂种。
Cross breeding test on hybrid pine of Pinus caribaea was conducted in Suixi,Yangjiang and Zhanjiang of Guangdong Province in 2007.The trees in Suixi and Yangjiang were 13 years old,and the others in Zhanjiang were 11 years old.The growth traits of 22 cross combinations were analyzed.The multiple comparison method was used to compare height,diameter at breast height(DBH) and individual tree volume with SAS software.Results showed that the growth properties of some cross combinations were superior to the Pinus caribaea var.caribaea(PCC)(α=0.05).The hybrid combinations whose tree height and DBH were significantly higher than those of the control were PCC(Wu 2)×PCC(Yang 1),PCC(Nan 2)×PCC(Wu 2),PCC(Wu 2)×PCC(Sui 175),PCC(Wu 2)×PCC(He 6) and PCC(Wu 2)×PCC(Yang 2) in Suixi,and PCC(Wu 2)×PCC(Yang 1) in Zhanjiang.The hybrid combinations whose individual tree volumes were significantly higher than those of the control were PCC(Wu 2)×PCC(Yang 1),PCC(Nan 2)×PCC(Wu 2),PCC(Wu 2)×PCC(Sui 175),PCC(Nan 2)×PEE1027,PCC(Wu 2)×PEE0375,PCC(Wu 2)×PCC(He 6),PCC(Wu 2)×PCC(Yang 2) in Suixi,PCC(Wu 2)×PCC(Yang 1),PCC(Nan 2)×PEE1027,PEE2×PCC173,PCC(Nan 2)×PCC(Wu 2),and PCC(Wu 2)×PCC(Sui 256).Only three hybrid combinations whose DBH was significantly higher than that of the control(α=0.05) in Yangjiang,which were PCC(Nan 2)×PEE1027,PCC(Wu 2)×PCC(Wu 2) and PCC(Wu 2)×PEE1027.Their growth traits of the three hybrid combinations were inferior to those of the hybrid combinations in Suixi.Both interspecific hybridization of P.caribaea and Pinus elliottii and intraspecific hybridization of P.caribaea could generate hybrids with superior growth traits.
