摘要：我国自然保护区及周边社区人口众多,与贫困地区在空间上高度重合,森林旅游不仅能够鼓励居民参与保护区管理,也为社区提供了一种更具可持续性的生计方式,因此,森林旅游常被用作缓解自然保护区与社区居民生计之间矛盾与冲突的手段。文章以云南省高黎贡山等5个国家级自然保护区及周边社区为研究区域,以农户收入为研究对象,通过单因素方差分析研究方法,研究森林旅游对社区农户收入变化的影响。研究显示:(1)参与森林旅游经营农户的人均收入高于非参与森林旅游经营农户的人均收入;(2)而经营农户的非旅游收入与非经营农户人均收入没有显著性差异;(3)经营农户的旅游收入高于非旅游收入,森林旅游带来的收入已经成为其家庭的主要收入。最后,为更好地发展森林旅游,促进社区农户生计与保护区管理协调发展,提出了针对性政策建议。
China’s nature reserves and poor areas overlap in space where many poor people live.Forest tourism not only encourages residents participation in the management of nature reserves,but also provides a more sustainable livelihood for local communities.Therefore,forest tourism is often used as a means to ease conflicts between the livelihoods of community residents and protection of nature reserves.This paper takes five national nature reserves and surrounding communities as research area,takes household income as the research object,adopts one-way ANOVA to clarify the influencing mechanism of forest tourism on the changes of household income in surrounding communities.The results show:(1) Per capita income of farmers who participated in forest tourism is higher than farmers who have not participated.(2) There is no significant difference between non-tourism per capita income of farmers who participated in forest tourism and per capita income of farmers who have not participated.(3)Tourism income is higher than non-tourism income for those who participated in forest tourism,and tourism income had become the main income of those families.Finally,the paper proposed targeted policies to develop forest tourism for nature reserves.
