摘要:通过不同产地蓝花楹幼苗的生长特征和抗性研究,筛选蓝花楹种子的优良产地,为蓝花楹引种和良种选育提供理论参考。利用对采自四川、重庆、云南、福建、广东和广西6省(区、市)17个产地的蓝花楹种子进行播种和轻基质育苗试验,测定1.5年生幼苗的苗高、地径、冠幅、脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性糖和电导率7个性状指标,并进行方差分析、多重比较和相关性分析,经主成分分析及综合评价,选出一批生长优良的种子产地。结果表明:不同产地间的苗期各性状差异显著(P<0.05),平均变异系数从大到小依次为苗高(22.67%)、地径(19.79%)和冠幅(15.58%);云南文山Ⅰ产地的脯氨酸质量分数、丙二醛质量摩尔浓度和可溶性糖质量分数均最高,电导率相对较低,各抗性指标均体现其苗木抗性较强。脯氨酸、丙二醛和可溶性糖之间存在显著或极显著的正相关,与地理环境因子无显著相关性。苗高与纬度、海拔呈极显著相关(P<0.01),与年均温、年降水量呈显著相关;地径与经度呈显著负相关,与无霜期呈显著正相关。蓝花楹苗期生长性状存在较大的变异,主要受纬度和海拔2个主导环境因子影响,通过苗期生长性状综合评价,初步筛选出云南文山Ⅰ、云南昆明、四川西昌、云南蒙自、四川宜宾、云南文山Ⅱ和福建莆田7个适合湛江地区繁育的优良种子产地。
By studying the growth characteristics and resistance of Jacaranda mimosifolia seedlings from different sources,the excellent sources of J.mimosifolia seeds were selected.The J.mimosifolia sources collected from seventeen producing areas in Sichuan,Chongqing,Yunnan,Fujian,Guangdong and Guangxi provinces(regions)were sowed and cultivated in a light substrate.The seedling height,diameter,crown width,proline,malondialdehyde,soluble sugar and electrical conductivity of 1.5-a seedlings were measured.Through variance analysis,multiple comparison and correlation analysis of seven traits indexes,a batch of good-growing sources were selected by principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that there were significant differences in seedling characteristics between different sources(P<0.05),and the average coefficients of variation was in descending order of seedling height(22.67%),ground diameter(19.79%),and crown width(15.58%).The content of proline,malondialdehyde and soluble sugar of Yunnan Wenshan I sources were the highest,and the electrical conductivity was relatively low.All the resistance indexesshowed that the seedlings of Yunnan Wenshan I sources had strong resistance.There was a significant or extremely significant positive correlation among the content of proline,malondialdehyde and soluble sugar,but no significant correlation with geographical environmental factors.The seedling height was extremely significantly correlated with latitude and altitude(P<0.01),and significantly correlated with the annual average temperature and annual precipitation.Ground diameter was significantly negatively correlated with longitude,and significantly positively correlated with frost-free periods.The growth traits of J.mimosifolia at the seedling stage have large variations,which are mainly affected by the two dominant environmental factors of latitude and altitude.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the seedling growth traits of the sources,seven excellent sources suitable for propagation and breeding in Zhanjiang region were preliminarily screened,including Yunnan Wenshan I,Yunnan Kunming,Sichuan Xichang,Yunnan Mengzi,Sichuan Yibin,Yunnan Wenshan II and Fujian Putian.
