摘要:The CTMP pulp of China fir, Cunninghamia lanceolata, was difficulty to be brightened to high brightness at an economical cost. The promising bleaching sequences, the combination of a pre-bleaching stage and a main bleaching stag, namely the pre-bleaching process, can promise us a better brightness increase comparing to the post-bleaching process, the combination of a main bleaching stage and a post-bleaching stage. By using single hydrogen peroxide bleaching, the fir CTMP pulp can be brightened to just a brightness of 77.8 %ISO at the H2O2 application of 10%. Using the pre-bleaching process, a final brightness of 80.4 %ISO can be obtained at the total H2O2 application of 8%, not only getting a more brightness increase of 2.6% ISO but also saving 2% H2O2 charge on b.d. pulp. The recycling use of the bleach filtrates in the pre-bleaching stage exerts positive effects in raising pulp brightness and saving chemical costs as well.
