摘要:利用环氧脂肪酸甲酯为原料经开环聚合、水解制得聚醚多元脂肪酸,并采用红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱分析对制得的多元脂肪酸进行表征。分析结果表明目标产物已成功制备,且具有较高的聚合度。将制得的聚醚多元脂肪酸部分替代基础固化剂甲基四氢苯酐固化E51环氧树脂。力学性能测试表明,制得材料的断裂伸长率和抗冲击性能随聚醚多元脂肪酸含量的增加而逐渐提高;热稳定性分析表明制得的树脂材料具有较优良的热稳定性,其主失重阶段的热初始分解温度保持在375℃以上;动态热机械分析表明,制得的环氧材料的玻璃化转变温度随聚醚多元脂肪酸含量的增加而逐渐降低。
Polyether multi-fatty acids were synthesized using epoxy fatty acid methyl ester as raw material via ringopening polymerization and hydrolyzation,then their molecular structure was characterized by FTIR spectra and gel permeation chromatograph.The results indicated that the target product was successfully prepared and had high degree of polymerization.Next the prepared polyether multi-fatty acids were used as curing agent of epoxy resin to partly replace methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride curing agent.Mechanical tests showed that the elongation at break and impact resistance strength of cured epoxy materials increased with the increasing content of polyether multi-fatty acids.Thermal stability analysis indicated that the cured materials had excellent thermal stability,as their initial decomposition of the main weight loss stage was as above 375℃.Dynamic thermal mechanical analysis demonstrated that the glass transition temperature of the epoxy resin decreased with the increasing content of the polyether multi-fatty acids.
