摘要:树皮是树木的重要组成器官之一,在树木生长发育过程中起着重要的生理生态功能。从树皮起源与演化过程、表观形态地理学和生理生化地理学三个方面进行综述:1)推测树皮起源于古生代泥盆纪,已有研究显示可通过树皮表观形态的变异来推测其进化趋势;2)树皮形态和生理生化功能的地理变异由生境条件和气候因子的差异引起;3)物种为适应当地的生态环境,长期在自然选择压力的作用下进化出相应的生理生态功能,进而导致外部表观形态发生变异。为探究树皮的时空演化、树种的遗传改良提供了线索和依据,同时也为深入研究树皮随地理格局变异的规律提供了参考。
Bark is one of the important organs of trees,which plays an important physiological and ecological function during the growth and development of trees.The origin and evolution of bark,epigenomorphic geography of bark,physiological and biochemical geography of bark were elaborated,and were summarized as follows:1)It is speculated that the bark originated in the Paleozoic Devonian,and some studies have shown that its evolution trend can be inferred by the variation of the epigenomorphic geography of bark;2)The geographical variation of bark morphology,physiological and biochemical functions was caused by the difference of habitat conditions and climatic factors;3)In order to adapt to the habitat conditions,trees evolved corresponding to physiological and ecological functions under the long-term selection pressure,which leads to the variation of morphology.This paper can provide clues and basis for exploring the spatio-temporal evolution of bark and genetic improvement of tree.Meanwhile,it can also provide reference for further study of bark variation.
