摘要:将脱氢枞酸与3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(GTS)反应制备脱氢枞酸基交联剂(DAG),随后与纳米填料TiO_(2)、催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡和羟基封端聚硅氧烷(PDMS)共同反应制备TiO_(2)增强脱氢枞酸交联室温硫化硅橡胶(TiO_(2)-DAG/RTVSR)。对TiO_(2)-DAG/RTVSR的微观形貌、力学性能、热稳定性及亲疏水性进行测试,结果表明:脱氢枞酸与TiO_(2)在脱氢枞酸交联硅橡胶基质中均匀分散。相较于仅添加DAG得到的DAG/RTVSR-3,TiO_(2)添加量为7%时得到的硅橡胶TiO_(2)-DAG/RTVSR-4的拉伸强度从0.65 MPa提高到0.98 MPa,提升了50.8%,断裂伸长率从250%提升至317%。TiO_(2)添加量由0%提升至7%,硅橡胶热失重5%对应的温度由324.5℃增加到338.8℃,而溶胀度则随之减小,间接反映了交联程度的增加;接触角随着TiO_(2)添加量增加而逐渐减小。带有刚性结构的脱氢枞酸和纳米填料TiO_(2)引入硅橡胶分子链中,通过其协同作用可以有效增强室温硫化硅橡胶的力学性能和热稳定性,综合各项分析结果可知,TiO_(2)添加量7%时的硅橡胶具有最优性能。
Dehydroabietic acid(DA)reacted with 3-glycidyloxypropyltriethoxysilane(GTS)to synthesize dehydroabietic acid-based cross-linking agent(DAG),and then DAG was combined with TiO_(2),catalyst dibutyltin dilaurate,and hydroxyl polysiloxane(PDMS)to fabricate the TiO_(2) modified dehydroabietic acid cross-linked the room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber(TiO_(2)-DAG/RTVSR).The microscopic morphology,mechanical properties,thermal stability,and hydrophobicity of the samples were investigated.The results showed that DAG and TiO_(2)were uniformly dispersed in the dehydroabietic acid cross-linked silicone rubber.Compared with DAG/RTVSR-3 obtained by only adding DAG,when the addition of TiO_(2)was 7%,the tensile strength of the obtained TiO_(2)-DAG/RTVSR-4 increased from 0.65 MPa to 0.98 MPa which increased by 50.8%,and the elongation at break increased from 250%to 317%.The 5%mass loss temperature of silicone rubber increased from 324.5℃to 338.8℃as the addition of TiO_(2)increased from 0%to 7%;and the swelling degree decreased,which indirectly reflected the increase in the degree of cross-linking.The contact angle gradually decreased with the increasing of TiO_(2) amount.These results indicated that the synergistic effect of dehydroabietic acid with rigid structure and TiO_(2) into the molecular chain of silicone rubber could effectively enhance the mechanical properties and thermal stability of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.In summary,silicone rubber with 7%TiO_(2) had the best performance.
