摘要:以茶油皂脚脂肪酸甲酯为原料制备水性胺类环氧固化剂,通过热失重分析、力学性能测试等考察了封端剂种类、n(四乙烯五胺TEPA)∶n(单环氧甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸双酯SEMeTHP-DE)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)的聚合度及n(环氧)∶n(胺氢)对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,选择苄基缩水甘油醚为封端剂,物质的量比n(TEPA)∶n(SEMeTHP-DE)为1.2∶1,聚合度为4的AEO(AEO-4)为亲水扩链剂制备的水性胺类环氧固化剂与水性环氧乳液AB-EP-20按n(环氧):n(胺氢)之比1.2∶1进行固化时,涂膜性能最佳,此时漆膜柔韧性1mm、铅笔硬度2H、附着力1级、耐冲击性≥50 kg.cm、耐水性(25℃)≥3d、耐乙醇性(25℃)≥3d。
Waterborne epoxy curing agents were prepared using soapstock fatty acid methyl esters of camellia oil as raw material.The factors affecting the properties of cured films,such as the types of capping agents,the molar ratio of tetraethylene pentamine(TEPA)to single-epoxy methylenetetrahydrofolate phthalate diester(SEMeTHP-DE),the polymerization degree of the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO) and the molar ratio of epoxy group to amine hydrogen,were investigated by thermal gravimetric analysis(TG),the mechanical tester and so on.The results show that the optimum formulation of the waterborne amine-modified epoxy curing agents is as followed: the mixture of TEPA to SEMeTHP-DE in molar ratio 1.2∶1,benzyl glycidyl ether and AEO with polymerization degree 4(AEO-4) selected as the capping agent and hydrophilic chain extender respectively.Under the conditions,the waterborne amine-modified epoxy curing agent cured with the epoxy emulsion AB-EP-20 in molar ratio of epoxy group to amine hydrogen 1.2∶1.The resulting cured films exhibit the optimum properties with flexibility of 1 mm,pencil hardness of 2 H,adhesion of 1,impact resistance≥50 kg·cm,water-resistance(25 ℃)≥3d and alcohol-resistance≥3d.
