摘要:以江西宜丰毛红椿优树子代为研究对象,在浙江富阳进行苗期试验,分析苗期苗高、地径、根干重、茎干重、根茎比、根总长度、根表面积和根体积等8个性状。家系间高、地径、根干重、茎干重和根茎比等性状均达极显著差异,说明毛红椿半同胞家系间存在较为丰富的变异,具选育潜力。各性状遗传力差异较大,苗高的遗传力相对较高,为0.80;地径、根干重、茎干重和根茎比4个性状的遗传力为中等,在0.53~0.68之间;而根总长度、根表面积和根体积等3个性质的遗传力相对较低。苗高与地径、茎干重之间显著正相关,而与根总体积显著负相关;地径与根干重、茎干重、根表面积和根总体积之间都显著正相关;根系性状(根总长度、根表面积和根总体积)之间都显著正相关。以苗高、地径2个主要苗期生长性状,采用独立选择法,选出8个苗期生长较快的家系。
The growing traits of T. ciliata var. Pubescens seedling were analyzed, including seedling height, seedling ground diameter, dry weight of roots, dry weight of stems ,ratio of root and stem, length of roots, surface area of roots and volume of roots. The results showed that the differences in these growing characters were significant among families. It indicated that the improvement potential is notable. According to the results of Correlation analysis, significant positive correlation was found between seedling height and seedling ground diameter and dry weight of stems. Significant positive correlation between seedling ground diameter and dry weight of roots, dry weight of stems, volume of roots was also found. There was significant positive corelation among traits of roots, including length of roots, surface area of roots and volume of roots. Comparing the heritability of all characters and the result of correlation analysis, the characters of seedling height and seedling ground diameter could be regarded as the most important indexes for selection. Eight families that grow fast were selected for experiment and popularization.
